It is unbelievable, but it still exists: companies/sellers who do not have a clue, how to offer a client-oriented service. The first example is of Solosol; who sold us a system for solar-generated heat for hot water/heating. However, the information
provided, was either not given, or incomplete or incorrect and promises not met. Many Euro's later, we have now figured out most of the things ourselves, and have made some choices, to benefit from the system of Solcrafte Domo Premium; but not thanks to the
''expert'' of Solosol. We learned from it.
The other example is Jacuzzi Outlet Moraira; we called previous to our visit, since it is quite a trip, asking if they had 2-person spa's. Yes, they had plenty and we would certainly find one to our liking.
Off we went. We have never experencied a couple that has so not been listening at all, offered us spa's we did not want and said, that no quality spa builder would build a 2-person spa; that would be crap and anyway, water was cheap (?) and it would not be
much less electricity than a 3 person spa. Uhm? Well, we have seen 2-p-spa's of the highest quality...With 10 years guarantee (they offered 2), with less than 500 liters, saving thus water and electricity. If it wouldn't be such a shame, you could have a good
laugh about this. We have been dealing with many companies, craftsmen and experts which provided excellent work over the past years here, so we got used to this quality as being ''normal''. However, these two have been the exception of the rule...
